For home-services owners

Half your ad budget is going to renters.

You are paying $20–$65 a lead on Facebook. Some of those ZIP codes are apartments, some are new builds with nothing to replace, and some are a 40-minute drive from your yard. Paste the list you are running now and we will tell you which ones — scored against Census homeownership, income and housing-age data for your trade.

The count is free. The list of which ZIPs, the map, the paste-ready targeting list and three ad angles built from the real numbers are $47 a month, and you can cancel any time.

Where the numbers come from

Every ZIP code in the United States is scored against the US Census American Community Survey — homeownership, median income, home value, the share of single-family homes, and the year the typical home was built — weighted for your trade. A roofer and a landscaper get different answers about the same neighbourhood, because a new subdivision has nothing to re-roof and every lawn to mow. Distances are straight-line miles from the middle of the ZIPs you gave us, not drive time, and the report says so.
