Contact AreaOps

Talk to AreaOps

AreaOps is a small, focused team, and every message goes to people who work on the product rather than to a ticket queue. One address covers everything — support, sales, API questions, billing, privacy, and security. We answer on US business days, usually within one.

What to write about

Product support

Something in the app is not behaving — an import that will not map, a ZIP that will not draw, a review that will not clear. Include your organization name and the brand you were working in, and we can usually reproduce it from the activity trail without a screen share.

Sales, trials, and billing

Questions about the plan, seat counts, agent-unit overage, annual billing, or extending a trial while a rollout is in progress. Pricing is published in full, so there is no quote to wait for — but if you are bringing multiple brands across, tell us the shape and we will tell you what it costs.

API and agent integrations

Building against the REST API or wiring the MCP server into an agent. Most answers are already on the developer portal — authentication, the tool catalogue, rate-limit headers, and the OpenAPI contract — so check there first, then write to us with what the contract did not cover.

Security and privacy

Report a suspected vulnerability to the same address with “security” in the subject line, and we will acknowledge it before doing anything else with the day. Data access, export, and deletion requests are handled the same way; the privacy policy sets out what we hold and for how long.
