If we cannot score your market well enough to stand behind the answer, we will say so and charge you nothing. ## Where the numbers come from Every ZIP code in the United States is scored against the US Census American Community Survey — homeownership, median income, home value, the share of single-family homes, and the year the typical home was built — weighted for your trade. A roofer and a landscaper get different answers about the same neighbourhood, because a new subdivision has nothing to re-roof and every lawn to mow. Distances are straight-line miles from the middle of the ZIPs you gave us, not drive time, and the report says so.
